Analisis Implementasi Aplikasi Klabtaktis Terhadap Efisiensi Klaim Rawat Jalan Di Rsud Al Ihsan Prov Jabar
Abstract
Effective and efficient outpatient claim management remains a major challenge in hospital administration, particularly in ensuring smooth administrative processes and timely reimbursement by insurers. RSUD Al Ihsan, West Java Province, has implemented the KLABTAKTIS application as a digital solution for outpatient claim processing. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the KLABTAKTIS application contributes to the efficiency of outpatient claim management at RSUD Al Ihsan. A descriptive approach was used, with data collected through interviews, direct observations, and document analysis from relevant units. The results indicate that the implementation of KLABTAKTIS has accelerated claim verification time, reduced administrative errors, and improved claim data accuracy. However, several technical issues and limited user understanding were identified as obstacles. In conclusion, the KLABTAKTIS application positively impacts the efficiency of outpatient claims, though optimization is needed through user training and system improvement. This study recommends strengthening human resource capacity, integrating the system with electronic medical records, and conducting regular performance evaluations of the application.
