Analisis Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Uhc Kota Bandung Di Rsud Bandung Kiwari

Abstract

Universal Health Coverage (UHC) is an important effort in ensuring that every citizen has access to proper health services without being burdened by costs. In Bandung City, this program has been implemented through various health facilities, one of which is Bandung Kiwari Hospital. This study aims to see how effective the implementation of UHC in the hospital is in expanding access and improving the quality of public health services. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach, through interviews, direct observation, and analysis of related documents and literature. Informants were selected purposively, namely those who were directly involved and understood the implementation of the program.The results showed that the implementation of the UHC program was quite effective and had a positive impact on the community, especially in facilitating access to health services. However, there are still obstacles that arise in the field, such as residents who do not have complete population documents (KTP or KK), making it difficult for them to take advantage of this program.Seeing these conditions, it is recommended that the hospital and local government be more active in providing education and socialization to the community about the importance of completing administrative documents. This effort is important so that all citizens, especially vulnerable groups, can truly experience the benefits of UHC as a whole without technical obstacles that could have been anticipated earlier..
