Analisis Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program Uhc Kota Bandung Di Rsud Bandung Kiwari

Abstract

Outpatient registration is a very important initial stage in healthcare service, which directly affects the effectiveness and efficiency of medical service processes. In the era of digitalization, the use of information technology such as the Frista application is expected to improve the smoothness and speed of the outpatient registration process. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Frista to support the outpatient registration process at RSUD Bandung Kiwari. The method used is descriptive study with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation of the use of the Frista application. The results show that the use of Frista significantly speeds up the registration time, reduces queues and errors in patient data entry, and increases patient and administrative staff satisfaction. However, some technical difficulties and the need for training for staff in optimizing usage were still found in the application. In conclusion, Frista plays an important role in supporting the effectiveness of outpatient patient registration with the note that there are technical improvements.
