Abstract

This study aims to examine the completeness of patient identity data entry in the E-Puskesmas application at the Cibening Community Health Center. The method used is quantitative analysis by collecting data from patient registrations in the application. The results of the analysis show that there is still incomplete patient data, such as unentered patient ID numbers, incomplete patient addresses, and incomplete telephone numbers. This can affect the diagnosis and treatment process. At the Cibening Community Health Center, there is still incomplete data, but there is also complete and verified data. Incomplete data is usually due to patients forgetting to bring their Family Card for children or Identity Card for adults or those aged 17 years and above, or staff forgetting to fill in the patient's address and telephone number. Patients also often forget their phone numbers, resulting in incomplete data. This study suggests the need for training for health workers on the importance of data completeness and improving the monitoring system for the use of the E-Puskesmas application so that data can be filled in more accurately.
