Dalam menjalankan fungsinya, rumah sakit dituntut untuk selalu mengutamakan mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien. Pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu ditandai dengan karakteristik aman, tepat waktu, efisien, efektif, berorientasi pada pasien, adil, dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi aplikasi FRISTA dalam menunjang kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan di RSUD Al Ihsan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan petugas administrasi, tenaga medis, dan pasien yang terlibat dalam penggunaan aplikasi FRISTA. Informan dipilih secara purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria seperti lama penggunaan aplikasi, peran dalam pelayanan rawat jalan, serta tingkat keterlibatan dalam operasional sistem. Maka pengelolaan arsip haruslah dilakukan sebaik mungkin sehingga tidak mengalami kesulitan ketika mencari informasi yang diperlukan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat. dari revolusi industri hingga era digital, seharusnya pengelolaan arsip tidak lagi secara manual tetapi berbasis komputerisasi karena bisa lebih efektif dan efisien. Seperti hal nya Unit Tata Usaha di SMPN 2 Klari masih mengelola arsip secara manual, sehingga butuh waktu yang lama dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan. Maka Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pengarsipan dokumen berbasis web. di smpn 2 klari yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter 3 dan penyimpanan basis data PhpMyAdmin, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pengelolaan, penyimpanan dokumen, dan pencarian suatu dokumen secara cepat dan tepat. The purpose of designing an electronic medical record management information system is to improve efficiency and accuracy in handling patients in health facilities. outpatient daily census is a daily recording activity carried out every day in the outpatient department, including the number and information of patients served. in X Bandung Hospital, already has a system for counting outpatients every day, but its implementation has not gone well because there are certain problems. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to develop a hospital management information system using Visual Studio Code, designed to manage outpatient daily census data using Waterfall methodology. The results of this study show that the process of collecting and monitoring patient information becomes easier, and the outpatient summary report can be simplified for medical record officers. The uniqueness of this research compared to the previous one is the filter report feature in the electronic medical record management system. Al-Ihsan Hospital responds to this by innovating in the form of digiting the patient registration process. One of the efforts made is to use the Mobile JKN application to register patients online. This application is already connected to the BPJS Health system, making it easier for patients to access services without having to come early and ait in line for a long time at the registration site. This study aims to find out how effectively the application is used in the field, as well as understand the obstacles that arise, especially during the chek-in process at the CA Center. This research was conducted using a qualitative method trough observation, interviews with patients and officers, and data collections for six months. The results show that the Mobile JKN application is quite helpful in speeding up the process and facilitating service access. One of the innovations implemented is the development of a web-based online reservation system integrated with the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). This system allows patients to register one day before their appointment, as long as the quota is still available. Online registrations entered into the system are then verified by registration staff via SIMRS by checking the appointment letter date. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the system in supporting outpatient registration, using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the online reservation system helps reduce queues at the registration counter and increases patient satisfaction. However, technical challenges such as server disruptions and varying levels of digital literacy among patients still occur. In addition, many elderly patients still prefer to register in person. So far, the process of recording toddler data is still done manually, which takes time and risks causing errors or loss of data. The designed e-posyandu can increase efficiency in managing toddler health data, speed up the recording process, and minimize the risk of errors or loss of data. This system includes modules for registering toddlers, recording weight, height, immunizations, final reports. Using the E-posyandu web-based application allows posyandu officers and health cadres to access data quickly and accurately, providing reports that are easy for authorized parties to monitor. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan khususnya dalam pengelolaan data rekam medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis hubungan variabel implementasi SIMPUS dengan kompetensi petugas bidang pelayanan rekam medis. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang yaitu satu orang kepala unit rekam medis, dua orang operator SIMPUS dan dua orang tenaga administrasi yang terlibat langsung dalam proses pengelolaan rekam medis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SIMPUS memberikan dampak positif terhadap kecepatan dan keakuratan pengelolaan data rekam medis, meskipun masih terdapat kendala teknis dan perlunya pelatihan khusus bagi petugas. Selain itu, kompetensi petugas baik dari segi pengetahuan, keterampilan teknis maupun pemahaman alur kerja sistem IT memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap optimalisasi pelayanan rekam medis. Ditemukan pula korelasi yang kuat antara kompetensi petugas dan keberhasilan implementasi SIMPUS dengan mutu pelayanan yang diberikan. The procedures for releasing medical record information at Bekasi Regency Hospital are currently manual. This study aims to analyze, design, and build a web-based medical record release information system at the Bekasi Regency Hospital Medical Records Installation and implement it to provide more effective and efficient service for medical record information requests. The software development method used is waterfall software with the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. The implementation of the medical record release information system eliminates the need for patients or their families to come to the hospital to request the release of medical record information and can monitor the request status through the application. Currently, report processing at the Salimbatu Community Health Center is still done manually using Microsoft Excel. This process takes quite a long time and is less effective because the data has to be entered one by one into Excel. This research aims to design an electronic medical record information system that can facilitate the preparation of reports on the top 10 inpatient illnesses at the Salimbatu Community Health Center by utilizing Microsoft Studio Visual 2012 and the Visual Basic programming language. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which includes data collection through observation, interviews and literature study. The application of the Agile method in this research was carried out as part of software development which is divided into several stages, such as requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment. System design is carried out using Flowmap Diagrams, Context Diagrams, DFD, and ERD. The results of the information system design at the Salimbatu Community Health Center show that reporting for the Top 10 diseases has now become more integrated, making it easier for officers to compile reports. The use of electronic medical records has security, data protection including aspects of confidentiality, authentication, availability, and access control. The study aims to determine the implementation of electronic medical records in terms of patient data security at the Independent Practice of Dr. Elvi Silvia. The study uses a qualitative descriptive method that describes and interprets the situation. The research subjects are the number of workers at the Independent Practice of Dr. Elvi Silvia, the object used for electronic medical records. The data collection technique used is triangulation, which combines various data collection techniques. The research instruments are interview guidelines and observation guidelines. The analysis of data collection carried out includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from the research results. The results of the study indicate that patient data security in terms of confidentiality is appropriate, there is a username and password for each user, and an automatic logout feature. Patient data security in terms of authentication shows the validity of the data, indicated by an electronic signature. Patient data security according to the availability aspect shows suitability because this electronic medical record can be accessed anytime, anywhere via Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
