ANALISIS SISTEM RESERVASI ONLINE BERBASIS WEB TERINTEGRASI SIMRS GUNA MENUNJANG EFEKTIVITAS PENDAFTARAN RAWAT JALAN DI RSUD BANDUNG KIWARI

Abstract

Improving the quality of outpatient registration services has become a priority at RSUD Bandung Kiwari. One of the innovations implemented is the development of a web-based online reservation system integrated with the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). This system allows patients to register one day before their appointment, as long as the quota is still available. Online registrations entered into the system are then verified by registration staff via SIMRS by checking the appointment letter date. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the system in supporting outpatient registration, using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the online reservation system helps reduce queues at the registration counter and increases patient satisfaction. However, technical challenges such as server disruptions and varying levels of digital literacy among patients still occur. In addition, many elderly patients still prefer to register in person. Overall, the integration of the online reservation system with SIMRS is effective in improving registration efficiency, although system optimization and ongoing patient education are still needed to enhance the use of the online service
