ANALISIS DIGITALISASI PENDAFTARAN ONLINE MELALUI APLIKASI MOBILE JKN TERHADAP EFEKTIFITAS PELAYANAN CA CENTER DI RSUD AL-IHSAN
Abstract
Hospital must provide quality services in accordance with technological developments, as well as meet the increasingly diverse needs of patients. Al-Ihsan Hospital responds to this by innovating in the form of digiting the patient registration process. One of the efforts made is to use the Mobile JKN application to register patients online. This application is already connected to the BPJS Health system, making it easier for patients to access services without having to come early and ait in line for a long time at the registration site. This study aims to find out how effectively the application is used in the field, as well as understand the obstacles that arise, especially during the chek-in process at the CA Center. This research was conducted using a qualitative method trough observation, interviews with patients and officers, and data collections for six months. The results show that the Mobile JKN application is quite helpful in speeding up the process and facilitating service access. However, there are still obstacles such as technical glitches, and limited access make some patients unable to take advantage of online registration, especially for specialized services such as radiotheraphy.
