PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI SPBU POJOKLABAN PEDES KARAWANG
Abstract
SPBU Pojoklaban Pedes Karawang is one of the public fuel stations that still carries out most of its operational activities manually, such as recording sales transactions, managing fuel stock, and preparing financial reports. This manual process often leads to several problems, including delayed reporting, recording errors, and difficulties in monitoring data in real-time. This study aims to design a web-based information system that can assist in managing SPBU operations in a computerized manner, covering transaction management, stock control, and report generation. The system development method used in this research is the Waterfall model, which consists of several stages: requirements analysis, system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), implementation, and system testing. The result of this research is a system design that improves efficiency, data accuracy, and information accessibility for SPBU management. With this system, operational processes at SPBU Pojoklaban Pedes Karawang are expected to become more effective, transparent, and easier to monitor.
