Analysis Of The Effectiveness Of Outpatient Patient Reception Flow In The Implementation Of RME In The Registration Unit Of Hospital X
Abstract
This study analyzes changes in the outpatient admission process before and after the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and its effectiveness is measured by user perceptions and service time. Using qualitative descriptive methods through observation and interviews, the results show that EMR accelerates the registration process, reduces errors, and reduces patient waiting times by up to 50%. Users positively assess EMR due to its ease of use, speed of data access, and information security. However, technical challenges and training needs remain. The study recommends improving human resource competencies, technological infrastructure, and developing system features to support the transformation of digital healthcare services.
