Abstract

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system is a pivotal innovation in the digital transformation of healthcare, enabling rapid and integrated patient data management. RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Jakarta, as a national referral hospital, has adopted EMR to enhance service quality. This study aims to analyze the benefits of EMR on the quality of healthcare services at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, focusing on service efficiency, data accuracy, and patient satisfaction. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation of the EMR system, and document analysis. The analysis was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), evaluating aspects of usefulness, ease of use, and behavioral intention. The implementation of EMR at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo improved service efficiency by 30%, reduced data errors, and increased patient satisfaction. However, challenges such as unstable network connectivity and insufficient training remain significant barriers. EMR significantly contributes to the quality of healthcare services at RSUPN Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, but optimization requires improvements in technological infrastructure and continuous training.
