Analysis of Factors Causing Missfile Incidents in Medical Records at the RSUD Kesehatan Kerja
Abstract
The implementation of medical record document arrangements at Occupational Health Hospitals still suffers from various errors in document placement, which significantly hampered the process of borrowing and returning files. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause the occurrence of missing medical record documents in the storage area. The method used in this study is quantitative, where data collection is carried out through interviews and questionnaires that are distributed to relevant officers. The collected data is then analyzed using a frequency distribution table to get a clear picture of the problem at hand. The results showed that 12 out of 97 documents had misplacements, so they were not on the shelf as they should have been. The conclusion of this study highlights the lack of number and experience of officers, as well as the use of Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) that has not been maximized, especially in terms of the use of tracer. Therefore, it is important to conduct special training for medical record officers and implement the existing Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) consistently implement existing Standard Operating Procedures (SPO) to improve the effectiveness of medical record document management.
