Effectiveness of Online Registration Services Through the JKN Mobile Application for BPJS Outpatients at AMC Hospital

Abstract

This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the Mobile JKN application in improving the quality of online registration services at AMC Hospital. The online registration service through this application is an effort by the hospital to improve quality by providing convenience for patients in registering, reducing waiting times, and overcoming manual queue problems that were previously often an obstacle. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach using a sample of 100 Mobile JKN users. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of outpatient registration services at AMC Hospital is 65.9% which is considered effective based on the analysis of questionnaire data. The results of the study indicate that the Mobile JKN application can be said to be effective because it facilitates registration services at AMC Hospital. This application plays a crucial role in increasing the effectiveness of registration services, as evidenced by its alignment with program objectives, targeting accuracy, program reach, and program monitoring. The online registration process provides various features that support ease of access, speed, and accuracy in the registration process. By using the Mobile JKN application, participants can directly register at the intended clinic without having to come in person, thereby reducing waiting times and increasing patient comfort. It is hoped that BPJS Kesehatan will increase the network capacity of the Mobile JKN application to prevent network disruptions when patients use this application.
