Completeness of Nursing Care Implementation in Inpatient Services at Harapan Sehati Hospital

Abstract

The completeness of nursing implementation is crucial to ensure the quality of inpatient care services. This study aimed to assess the completeness of nursing implementation documentation at Harapan Sehati Hospital. The research method used a descriptive quantitative approach by collecting data through nursing documentation audits on several inpatient cases. The results showed that most documentation did not fully meet the completeness standards of nursing implementation. Factors affecting this include nurses’ workload, lack of supervision, and uneven understanding of documentation standards. This study highlights the importance of regular training and supervision to improve the quality of nursing services.
