Analysis Compliance Of Doctors In Completing Inpatient Medical Records At Humana Prima Hospital
Abstract
This study aims to determine the level of compliance of DPJP in completing medical resumes of inpatients at Humana Prima Hospital in 2025, and to identify the factors that influence it. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional approach, involving all DPJP in the inpatient installation during February–April 2025. Data in this study were collected through structured interviews conducted with nurses as respondents regarding knowledge, attitudes, support from colleagues, and compliance in completing medical resumes. The results showed that 80% of DPJP complied with completing medical resumes completely and on time, while 20% of DPJP did not comply with filling medical resumes. The main factors that influence compliance include understanding of SPO or SPM, professional attitude, workload, doctor's practice time, and the absence of a reward and punishment system. Although the majority of DPJP have good knowledge and high support from colleagues, obstacles such as busy practice schedules and suboptimal socialization. In conclusion, Humana Prima Hospital needs to improve the socialization of SPO or SPM, implement a reward and punishment system, review the workload of doctors, and strengthen a supportive work culture through monitoring and team collaboration to achieve 100% compliance according to the standards of Permenkes No. 129/2008.
