Analysis of the Effectiveness of Mobile JKN Users at Hospital X in Bandung City

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Mobile JKN application usage at Hospital X in Bandung City, focusing on the usage level, user obstacles, user satisfaction with the application's features and services, and its impact on hospital services. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method through a survey of 31 active Mobile JKN users. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and Spearman correlation tests via SPSS version 25. The results showed a significant correlation between user obstacles and the impact on the hospital (r = 0.427), as well as between user satisfaction and the impact on the hospital (r = 0.493). The main issues include technical difficulties and a lack of understanding of the application. Suggested solutions include continuous education, improvement of application features, and the assignment of educational officers at the hospital to assist patients in effectively using the Mobile JKN application.
