Review of The Implementation of E-Puskesmas to Support The Effectiveness of Patient Registration at Sirnagalih Community Health Center
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the extent to which e-Puskesmas contributes to the speed, accuracy, and satisfaction of registration services. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach and was analyzed based on the HOT-Fit model, which encompasses human, organizational, technological, and net benefit aspects. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations of registration officers. The results indicate that the implementation of e-Puskesmas improves service efficiency, reduces waiting times, and simplifies data management. However, technical constraints such as network disruptions and infrastructure readiness remain challenges. This study contributes to the development of health information systems in primary care and highlights an inclusive approach and strengthening digital infrastructure. Future research is recommended to expand the coverage of locations and involve a variety of professions for stronger generalizability.
