Analysis of the Use of Electronic Medical Records on Health Services for Ciapus Community Health Center Staff
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the use of Electronic Medical Records (RME) on health services for Ciapus Puskesmas staff. This study used quantitative method through survey technique. 21 respondents received a questionnaire as a data collection tool. To understand the relationship between variables, the data was analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results showed that the implementation of RME had a significant impact on health services, with a value of 0.001 < 0.05. the contribution of RME to service improvement reached 62.8%. the are 37.2% other factors outside this study that contribute to the effect. The results suggest that RME can improve the work productivity and service quality of health workers. Further research is needed to look at other factors that influence the quality of health services.
