Edukasi Penggunaan Obat Berbasis Kondisi Kesehatan Individu melalui Media Digital di Klinik Prima Husada
Abstract
Penggunaan obat yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kesehatan individu dapat menimbulkan kesalahan penggunaan obat (medication error) dan menurunkan efektivitas terapi. Edukasi berbasis digital menjadi salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan akses informasi kesehatan yang akurat dan mudah dipahami masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pasien mengenai penggunaan obat yang tepat berdasarkan kondisi kesehatan individu melalui media digital di Klinik Prima Husada. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pre-test, edukasi melalui video dan e-book, diskusi interaktif, serta post-test. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 25 orang pasien. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dari rata-rata pre-test 58,4% menjadi post-test 87,6%, serta peningkatan pemahaman penggunaan obat sebesar 66%. Kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan masyarakat berbasis digital.
