Penyuluhan Pengelolaan Obat Keluarga melalui Program Apotek Hidup di Kelurahan Maleer
Abstract
Pengelolaan obat keluarga yang tidak tepat dapat meningkatkan risiko kesalahan penggunaan obat dan ketergantungan pada obat kimia. Program apotek hidup menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif dalam pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) sebagai upaya promotif dan preventif kesehatan. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan obat keluarga melalui pemanfaatan apotek hidup di Kelurahan Maleer. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, dan praktik penanaman tanaman obat. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 23 orang. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dari rata-rata pre-test 57,8% menjadi post-test 88,2%, serta peningkatan keterampilan pemanfaatan tanaman obat sebesar 69%. Kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap penggunaan obat tradisional secara rasional.
