Pendampingan Pengelolaan Obat di Rumah Tangga untuk Mencegah Kesalahan Penggunaan Obat di Kelurahan Maleer
Abstract
Pengelolaan obat di rumah tangga yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kesalahan penggunaan obat (medication error). Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan obat yang aman dan rasional di Kelurahan Maleer. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan langsung kepada warga sebanyak 20 responden. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat dari rata-rata nilai pre-test 55,5 menjadi 86,5 pada post-test. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan praktik pengelolaan obat yang benar sebesar 65% setelah intervensi. Kegiatan ini efektif dalam menurunkan potensi kesalahan penggunaan obat di tingkat rumah tangga.
