Edukasi dan Interpretasi Hasil Pemeriksaan Kolesterol dan Trigliserida bagi Kader Posyandu di Kecamatan Batununggal, Kota Bandung
Abstract
Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) seperti dislipidemia menjadi faktor risiko utama penyakit kardiovaskular di Indonesia. Kader Posyandu memiliki peran strategis dalam deteksi dini dan edukasi kesehatan masyarakat, namun masih terbatas dalam kemampuan interpretasi hasil pemeriksaan kolesterol dan trigliserida. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader dalam memahami serta menginterpretasikan hasil pemeriksaan lipid darah. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan, pelatihan interpretasi hasil laboratorium, serta pemeriksaan kolesterol total dan trigliserida menggunakan alat point of care testing (POCT). Peserta berjumlah 25 kader Posyandu di Kelurahan Maleer, Kota Bandung. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan dari 58,4 (pre-test) menjadi 84,6 (post-test). Sebanyak 36% peserta pemeriksaan memiliki kadar kolesterol total ≥200 mg/dL dan 28% memiliki kadar trigliserida ≥150 mg/dL. Kegiatan ini efektif meningkatkan kapasitas kader dalam edukasi dan deteksi dini faktor risiko PTM di masyarakat.
