Pelatihan Penggunaan Excel untuk Pengelolaan Keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Metun Sajau Kalimantan Utara
Abstract
Dalam era digitalisasi ekonomi, pengelolaan keuangan yang akuntabel menjadi fondasi krusial bagi keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Namun, banyak pelaku UMKM di Desa Metun Sajau masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan inefisiensi. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft Excel untuk administrasi keuangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan partisipatif (hands-on training) yang mencakup pengenalan antarmuka Excel, penggunaan rumus otomatis, hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana pemahaman peserta mengenai penggunaan Excel meningkat dari kondisi awal yang rendah menjadi 100% paham pasca-pelatihan. Selain itu, seluruh peserta menyatakan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam mengelola keuangan berbasis teknologi. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif sebagai solusi praktis untuk mendorong transformasi digital dan profesionalisme manajemen keuangan UMKM di tingkat desa.
