Peningkatan Kompetensi Siswa melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan CV dan Portofolio Sebagai Bentuk Pembekalan Magang Kelas XI SMKN 1 Kamal
Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya motivasi dan kesiapan siswa Kelas XI SMKN 1 Kamal dalam mengikuti program magang, terutama akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dalam menyusun Curriculum Vitae (CV) dan portofolio yang profesional. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan berupa ceramah interaktif, refleksi, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan individu. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam menyusun CV dan portofolio secara signifikan. Seluruh peserta berhasil membuat satu draft CV berformat profesional dengan perbaikan pada struktur, pemilihan bahasa, dan penonjolan kompetensi yang relevan. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan kesiapan siswa menghadapi seleksi magang. Model pelatihan ini dapat direplikasi di SMK lain untuk mendukung kesiapan siswa memasuki dunia kerja yang kompetitif.
